DayMark Cook-Chill Bags are used by kitchens to store items prepared ahead of demand. The bags are filled with cooked food, sealed, then immersed in an ice bath to quickly chill before freezing. Food can later be reheated in hot water or poured into a container. Handle is formed into bag to allow for carrying. Cook-chill stand IT113664 may be used to support the bag when filling. Store in cool, dry place. FDA approved. 100 bags per box. Fill at less than 200°F. Stand 113664.
